Please note that no security system is full proof and we do not guarantee the security of our databases, nor the protection of the information you supply. Use of this site is at your own risk. If you want us to delete your Personally Identifiable Information from our databases, please contact us in writing. 

Protection of TriState Communications

TriState Communications fully cooperates with all law enforcement agencies and their requests for information including disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information or other information to satisfy any law, regulation, subpoena, or government request or in connection with litigation. Engagement in illegal activities or any other violation of our Terms of Use may result in the disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information, even without legal request, if we believe in our sole discretion that such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to comply with any laws, to operate the site, or to protect the rights or property of TriState Communications, its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, or employees, agents, third-party content providers, suppliers, sponsors, or licensors.  TriState Communications reserves the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities we reasonably believe in our sole discretion to be unlawful.

TriState Communications reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without prior notice to any user. this may be done to comply with laws, regulations or for any other reason deemed necessary by TriState Communications.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflicts of law principles.  Any action relating to this Privacy Policy must be filed and maintained in a state or federal court located in Crook County, State of Wyoming, United States of America, and each user consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts for such purpose.
